SUMMARY:

The following academic work aims to comprehend the governance arrangements within the public health policies funded by the World Bank in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, in the period of 2013 to 2020. For such purpose, the main theoretical frame used in this study was the interpretation of Capano, Howlett and Ramesh (2015) in which it is understood that this phenom has a governance capacity, as well as a dinamic and strategical nature.This research has a qualitative methodology essence, in which the methodological procedures of choice for data collection were bibliographycal research, documental analysis and semistructured interwies for data collection, whereas for data analysis it was used discourse and content analysis. In conclusion it is expected that this dissertation can provide both theoretical and empirical contributions regarding this area of study, as well as to illustrate how this phenom ocurred in a state bound level.
