RESUMO:

The culture is in the center of the discussions on the individual and its capacity of becoming related with the world. The its accesses strengthen the importance of its contact for the human and social enrichment. In this direction, the research is supported in this important area of the knowledge with the aim of adentar in its aspects of environment construction of removal or approach on the basis of the cultural promotion of action and cultural productions that are inserted inside of this field. It was the necessary, for in such a way, to understand the culture as a heterogeneous field of fights and dominations. To appeal of its contributions for the anthropology and sociology and to give to emphasis the cultural politics that represent one of the main ways of access the cultural activities, however disclose eminent conflicts that influence in the ways of exclusion or inclusive environment constitution. Therefore, the form as it is developed and executed the cultural politics, represents the survey of interesting elements to understand the existing disputes, speeches, actors and agents in the cultural field and as these come directing the actions in this sector intensifying forms to strengthen or to weaken present social relations in this universe. The study it leaves, of the presupposition that the inclusive cultural environment construction, is supported fundamentally in the promotion of politics that contemplate dynamic the daily ones already established to be interlaced to the identitários aspects and of individual and collective recognition. The work, then looks will be you reflect on the culturalpolitics and its capacity you constituteenvironments of inclusion or exclusion, on the basis of the valuation or not of the local aspects. In such a way, it was appealed of the experiences of the city of Are Miguel do Gostoso and more specifically of the event of Mostra de Cinema de Gostoso as instrument to understand as the cultural production and the cultural practices can be entailed in a movement that searchs the insertion of the individuals in these scenes, being able to propitiate the social, economic and cultural development. For this, the research consists of a etnográfica investigation of this field looking for to evidence the present actors and agents in this space, through first a bibliographical survey and then, of comments, interviews and photographs in the studied place.
