The My Home, My Life (PMCMV) program, created in 2009 as a measure to intervene the Brazilian economy, aims to facilitate the access to home through the property title to the families with income up until ten minimum wage (SM). The program is divided into three categories, with category 1 being directed to families with income between zero and three SM. The buildings receive direct subsidies up until 95% and are financed without a rate within 120 months, but in this period, it must be met exclusively for the housing of the families contemplated. The Metropolitan Region of Natal (RM) was contemplated by the program in nine of its fourteen municipalities, with 33 developments in 19 localities, totaling 11876 housing units. According to the survey (on sale and rental site) and empirical observations, there are sale and lease practices in the buildings in the category1 - which should not be sold in the first ten years of contemplation. The objective of this work is to verify where and how happen sales and as leases of the buildings, of the 33 developments category 1 of the PMCMV in the RM of Natal, phases I and II. The aim is to verify where the buildings that own the most properties for sale are located, which are the agents involved in the commercialization, what motivates the practice and the habitational and residents profile. To do the research, in addition to the bibliographic material, it was used continuous collection of lease and sale ads online, tabulation and standardization of data and field research conducted in all 33 developments of RM Natal. The results confirm the hypothesis that buildings of category 1 of the PMCMV have been leased and sold. The cities that have the largest number of online ads are Parnamirim (72%) and Natal (22%). The announced amounts, both for payment and for sale, are below the average price practiced in the market. The most commercialized typology is apartments, making up 94% of the ads. Regarding the locality, it verifies the main incidences are of buildings that are out of the urban network, but also those that are inserted in areas of real estate expansion.
