The present study intends to identify which factors are preponderant in the proceedings underway in the Judgment of Domestic and Family Violence Against Women, an organization in the criminal justice system, in order to assess the levels of impunity of the crime of threatening when committed within the jurisdiction of Maria da Penha Law (Act 11.340 / 2006).
