SUMMARY:
Marielle Franco, councilor for PSOL, was a black woman, mother, from the favela. Between practices of (re) existences and decolonization, he occupied his subject-position and exercised technologies of power. From an understanding of the discourse in its historical materiality, the objective of this research is to understand the formation of a parresiasta subjectivity in Marielle Franco in the context of necrobiopolitics. This dissertation is anchored in Foucaultian theorizations (2010a, 2010b, 2011, 2013a, 2019) that approach modes of subjectivation based on an aesthetics of existence. In an interpretative activity and its bibliographic research, and a documentary analysis, the path of Socratic parresia is outlined, outlined by Michel Foucault (2010b, 2011), in which frank speech is the last phase of an ethical constitution. For that, the parastema and the paraskeué are presented, from the government of oneself and of others, in an archeogenealogy and a necrobiopolitical scenario. The corpus describes Marielle's last speech at the City Council of Rio de Janeiro, on March 8, 2018, based on three categories, through which parresia is founded and constituted: the mode of telling the truth, the voice that is not afraid of death, and the constitution of speeches that lift the veil that covers what exists. Marielle bothered her, because she was a woman, black, lesbian, but also because she was free. His speech is still present, since his discursive practice had already been transformed from a sayability, been preserved and memorized, and perpetuated, in other voices, through reactivation and appropriation. It leaves the subjectivity of the body to become a cause.
