RESUMO:
This research focus is on the “Emissora de Educação de Natal”, with emphasys on the oral history of the professionals and volunteers who conducted the radio between 1958 and 2018. The historical legacy has it’s bases on the autors Fávero (2009), Medeiros (2013), Ferrari (1968), Pretto e Tosta (2010), Carvalho (2009), Ferraretto (2001) and Lima (1984). Concerning to the radio transformations, the logics and mídia operations, there are fundamented on Sodré (2003), Martin-Barbero (2003), Canclini (2013), Castells (2005) and Kischinhevsky (2016) concepts. The way this research goes, having as premise the teory and methodology of the oral history, anchors on Calabre (2016), Mauad (2016), Barbosa (2016), Meihy (2002) e Martino (2008) Works, using as north the texto n the institution and difusion of its characters, getting back a significant parto n the comunicational events and bringing to light representative persons on the potiguar radio, trough the memory of them and the Chartier (2014a, 2014b), Burke (1992), Ricoeur (2000) e novamente Mauad (2016) studies. On the narratives of the memories of the characters by the recurrent oral history, that is ahistorical knowledge premeditated procedure, involving the interviwer, the interviewee and the recording instruments, the research, by the construction of sources and documents, will register, trough induced and stimulated narratives, witnesses, versions and interpretations abaout the Radio Rural de Natal legacy over 60 years, going trough its transformations in the period.
