RESUMO:

This research aims to investigate how the practices and production chains and the transmission of independent audiovisual in Rio Grande do Norte, from 2010 to 2018. Adopting cartography as a methodological procedure for studies with the audiovisual, we are based on Deleuze and Guattari (1995), Rolnik (2006), Barros and Kastrup (2015); Rosário and Aguiar (2012); César et al. (2013); Rosario (2016), regarding the discussions on cultural policies (RUBIM and BARBALHO, 2007; FERNANDES, 2011); Brazilian cinema (DA-RIN, 2010, SIMIS, 1996; IKEDA, 2018), in addition to addressing the history of the audiovisual sector in Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil) (FERNANDES, 2007; LIMA et BOTELHO, 2012; SCKAFF, 2014; CRUZ et al., 2016).
