RESUMO:

The research addresses the proposition of a methodological strategy for communicative citizenship. The study is based on a bibliometric research carried out in scientific databases in Ibero-America, in the area of communication in interface with citizenship. The observations derived from this analysis trigger a reflection based on the qualitative perspective of the research of the research. These methodological decisions reconciled with the theoretical aspects of communicative citizenship are structured for the proposition of a methodological strategy that can be an agent in the real concrete. These observations on methodology add knowledge for an understanding of scientific research that aims to suggest analytical methodological categories, such as: to understand communicative and social practices from communicative citizenship and to understand the tactics of resistance. What we want, however, is not to mimic methodological schemes, but to stress them to processes of understanding communication that are more dense, and that do not distance themselves from social reality, from people who do not directly produce scientific knowledge. Thus, leading us to an understanding of citizenship as a praxis that provides human emancipation in a way.
