RESUMO:

How, in the creation of biographical narratives of the journalism, can exchanges the narratives identities of the Journalism Students and their interviewees? To answer this question and to observe the person's learning process through the biographical interviews, we investigate how the Journalism Students in the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) learn to make interviews. For this, the theory by Martín-Barbero (1997), Martinez (2008) and Gomes (2008) were used as foundation, in order to create this model that we call Open Model of Biographical Narratives to Journalism. It was divided in three phases: Phase 1 – Social Context Map, Phase 2 – Interaction Map and Phase 3 – The Dialogical Meeting. Finally, in the end of three phases, the students were motived to make the texts’ edition according the digital Project Humans of New York, categorized by Lima (2014). Besides, it was firstly proposed in this thesis a theoric reflection, based on the ideas of life stories in Pineau and Le Grand (2012), journalistic narrative in Motta (2004, 2005), dialogical interview in Medina (2001), biography in fractals in Pena (2004) and close-ups and biographies in Vilas Boas (2002, 2003, 2008, 2014). Therefore, based on Open Model of Biographical Narratives to Journalism, we could observe the interviewers behavior before and after the interviews, identifing the interviewees' similarities and differences. The Intervention-Research, through cartographic method of Passos, Kastrup e Escóssia (2009) and Hermeneutic Philosophy of Ricoeur (1983, 1984, 1985, 1991), had as the main results the model's improvement and interviewers' interpretative capacity.
