RESUMO:

This study aims to discuss the role of the online self - show reality - a concept developed in the research that deals with the self - exposition of microelelections on the Internet - in the appropriation of healthy food consumption practices among Instagram users, based on the observation of the expansion of the health construct And gastronomization. Through the methodology of the Grounded Theory, comments generated in publications related to healthy eating, belonging to the profiles @carolbuffara and @mimisfranzoni, are analyzed according to the coding process of TF and systematized in categories and memos. The theoretical study and the analysis and interpretation of the data point to the transformation of microelectricity opinion into a criterion of legitimacy and a lifestyle reference attuned to contemporary trends in food, a phenomenon based on representativeness and visibility present in social networks on the Internet .
