RESUMO:

The present work has as objective to analyze the impacts of retaken of the economic activity in the Brazilian economy in the first decades of the 21st century and its space repercussions on the productive structure and reduction of the inaqualities in the Region Metropolitan of the Cariri - RMCariri, face to the set of sectorial and social politics (implicit politics of regional development). The definition of this region for case study is justified, for intermediary of the process of integration of the lived deeply productive structure in the country, where the Northeast region hooks and to start to follow the movements of the Brazilian economic dynamics, growing above average at some moments and with rates of lesser retraction in periods of training of crisis, over all being benefited for the lived deeply recent standard in the Country. Rank this, was broken of the hypothesis of that the conjuncture delineated after 2004 promoted changes in the e region in the     municipalities that compose it. For the reach of the considered objectives, the period in analysis was subdivided in accordance with the changes in the economic dynamics and the transformations of the macrostructural context, being respectively the movements understood in the intervals of: 2004-2010, marked for the economic growth with social inclusion, represented for high taxes of growth of the formal job, reduction of the unemployment tax and politics of magnifying of the average income; e 2010-2014, moment of inflection of the economic performance characterized by the deceleration of the economic and unchained activity in the end of the cycle in the eminence of the economic crisis in the 2014-2016 interval. One concludes that, in this period, it was possible to observe in the Region Metropolitan of the Cariri and in the  municipalities an increase in the urbanization rates and loses of weight of the agricultural population in the total and the rates of increment of the agricultural areas. Between the productive sectors, it expands the participation in the composition of the added value of the services whereas the farming one reduces its contribution, showing the weight of the sectorial and social politics for the region. One also perceives throughout the time advances in the annual average growth of the amount of companies of the sectors of the industry, commerce and services, but with different performances on the work market that over all passes to be dinamizado by the expansion of the tertiary sector and the civil construction. Finally, importance of the implicit politics of regional development for the evolution of the socioeconômicos pointers is standed out it, over all in the period of expansion of the economic activity, but with maintenance of the relative importance of the three main     municipalities of the region - Juazeiro do Norte, Crato and Barbalha.
