SUMMARY:

The research seeks to understand how Brazilian cyberactivism acts in the face of the hate industry through the propagation of fake news; as well as analyzing the political-social stratagem of these groups and organizations to the detriment of Brazilian political polarization, also perceiving a strategy of leveraging representative political characters in the legislative sphere. Thus, it aims to build a historical-sociological portrait of the situational transition process of the public political agenda supported by the adoption of mass manipulation practices by the hate industry as a political maneuver. The study will seek to answer how the transition occurred in the perception of society that normalizes the anti-scientific stance as a modus operandi using denialist and religious precepts as the ideological core of the new dogmatic and anti-rational society, in addition to the use of biopower practices (CARNEIRO, 2005) as the core of policies of exclusion, coercion, domination and control. The research will be based on media analysis of two of the main YouTube channels, respectively: Canal Mamãe Falei (CMF) and Canal Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL). The methodology is based on a netnographic perspective (KOZINETS, 2014) that outlines a profile of these groups and organizations through semiotic-discursive analysis of YouTube channels; establishing a sociological relationship of these statements used by such channels and the discourse analysis of their videos, podcasts and streams, in addition to documentary facts, books, bibliographical research, historical records, newspapers and among other forms of valid analysis. The research continues to problematize contemporary events, aiming for a better understanding of the current sociocultural scenario and the policies resulting from the post-fascist wave that has been occurring in contemporary society at a global level.
