SUMMARY:

Depending on a particular tonality, the phenomenon of memetically speaking presents, as this thesis aims to support, its own rationality, or rather, it has precise criteria for judging the quality of what is said; it establishes a trajectory that characterizes itself; and, it establishes beings that fill some empty spaces in the constitution of the reality. When acquiring autonomy, these beings are effective action movers, their existences reflect what we can call, under the guidance of the Actor-Network Theory, fe(i)tichism digital. This work will be illustrated from the Nazaré Tedesco meme, which came out from Brazilian television to smartphones with internet access, around the world. This meme has become a powerful entity. It is the crossing of two types of networks, which articulates the world to words: one, admirably comprehensive, where everything can be combined with everything; and the other, more specific, comprises the values that circulate discursively. That is, they manifest themselves when we speak, whose description will be essential to follow the path we want: to define memes as an enunciation regime.
