SUMMARY:

Starting from the question: what are the structural elements, the dynamics of class conflicts and class fractions in the neoliberal reforms of the Bolsonaro Government's public policies and what are the results for the proletarian class? This thesis aims to bring to the scene the class relations and class fractions that condition the reforms of the public policies of the Bolsonaro Government and the economic results and for the legal rights for workers. It assumes that the reforms of the Bolsonaro government's policies are the product of a new worldwide wave of advancement by the imperialist bourgeoisie, led by financial capital, in the struggle for a greater share of public resources. Specifically in the Brazilian State, along with the increase in the hegemony of the imperialist and associated banking fraction, the commercial sector of the great internal bourgeoisie ascends, taking on the second tier of the bloc in power, previously occupied by the industrial sector of this fraction of the internal bourgeoisie, weakened by imperialist interests in financial capital; while the proletarian class, disjointed and without concrete representation in the public power and in the unions, is being sacrificed. From a dialectical classist historical materialist perspective, observing the mode of production in an expanded way, this thesis starts from the general methodological and theoretical discussion, criticizing the hegemonic perspectives and founding the Marxist counter-hegemonic perspective, constituting the first two integral chapters that they are inserted in this preliminary writing; it goes through a discussion of the fundamental elements of the current phase of capitalism and the process of neoliberal hegemony in the brazilian state; advances through an analysis of the situation based on the 2016 institutional coup and the revival of neoliberal ideas; reaching the class conflict in the Bolsonaro Government from the observation of class conflicts in public policy reforms, in the center, those that directly affect the working class, the policy of adjusting the minimum wage and the pension reform.
