RESUMO:

The objective of this research is to present a research proposal on the phenomenon of party-political dissent within Brazilian left-wing groups and parties, taking as object the PSOL. It is a question of knowing the reasons that lead these groups to agglutinate and disaggregate, forming within the same group new groups with different ideological positions, or even giving rise to another party organization. This work can be framed in the universe of political sociology. It adopts a perspective focused on the internal social dynamics of the party in order to understand the paradox installed in the coexistence of the pretension of party unity with an intrinsic intra-party reality to cohesion and coherence.
