RESUMO:

This study aims to analyze the trajectories of women who experience transits and commuting displacements motivated by labor relations. From this perspective, the research considers the experiences of rural women who daily experience the flows and movements to work in urban areas. It is an ethnographic research that seeks to understand to what extent the dynamics of the commuting displacements of women belonging to the Capela community (Ceará-Mirim / RN) to work in the city of Natal / RN provides contact with new social interaction processes and these contacts reflect new experiences, experiences, as well as intersubjective transformations. Focusing on the intersectionality and reproduction of the sex / gender system, it is sought to describe the biography of these workers. For that, observations, conversations and interviews were made. The field records obtained throughout the ethnographic process and bibliographic analysis are based on the epistemological perspective of the sociology of knowledge. The preliminary data highlight that the experiences and trajectories of these women differ from their mothers' experiences. Considering the discussions stemming from a more general and still ongoing research, the considerations about this study are still incipient, but with the desire to understand more conclusive analyzes during the continuity of this study.
