RESUMO:

In contemporary society where the professional career is being fragmented into several jobs throughout life, at the same time as the obligation of learning / hyperqualification has become continuous, paradoxes are inevitable. Since the worker neve r ceases the search for a curricular increase, which one is hostage to the logic of the successful subject. A cruel imperative, which in capitalism, neoliberalism and globalization, generates a crisis of subjectivity and is sedimented by a culture, which dictates slogans in the entrepreneurial model: "do it yourself." Then, inspired by the superlatives of  "hyper”  hypermodernity, hyperconsumption, hyperspectral, hyperculture, hyperindividualism, hyperactivity among others; the artist and transesthetic capitalism, explored by the philosopher Gilles Lipovetsky and the art critic Jean Serroy, the present study intends to analyze lectures of the business segment, taught by the master coach Paulo Vieira, from his aesthetic operators, his rhetorical proclamations, its narratives and its network of meanings.  The object of this work, we realized that it would be pertinent to analyze the context, which echoes, reverberates and legitimizes, the disseminated values, the relations of power, put to the audience physically in auditoriums of luxury hotels, or virtual audiences , that consume this type of content through Youtube. We choose the bias of aesthetics, at first, detached from the classical concept of the Greeks, of art, perfection, etc. However, we understand that the aesthetic dimension, which concerns the universe of the symbolic, also has intrinsic Greek meaning of the term, life of sensations, the sensible life, the experiential life, which overflows with rationality. We have identified that mechanisms of power in the corporate world under labor relations are always being aesthetically driven. For this reason, the research will go through the theoretical presuppositions based also on the concepts of social servitude and machinic subjection, immaterial labor, of this "new pastoral power", referred to  the sociologist Maurizio Lazzarato, as well as the influence of psycho-politics and emotion of capitalism The by the Korean philosopher Byung-Chul Han, and the mechanisms of visibility of Zoe's life, simple life, and Bios, qualified life, of the philosopher Giorgio Agamben.
