RESUMO:

This doctoral thesis presents an experimental research about the human condition of imaginer in contemporaneity. The condition of imaginer is conceived through the inseparable relation between image and thinking. Based on that idea we affirm that the image exists potentially in the thought and that every artificial image is above all a thought image. Starting from that conception I search to empirically develop methodological strategies to work the thought through the creation of images.  The methodology evolves the creation of images through the word to, posteriorly, be produced in the shape of video. The execution field of this research covers directly the Program of Teaching Initiation in Social Science of UERN, and, indirectly, three public secondary schools on Mossoró. The experiment was developed between March of 2016 and April of 2017.
