RESUMO:

The present thesis aims to understand the sociabilities built by the composer in the process of construction of the samba-enredo. The school of samba, seen as a social agency that is rooted in the daily lives of individuals, is the result of collective action, which occupies an important place in the life of individuals. The samba-plot is one of the artistic-cultural aspects where it is possible to verify an intense process of interaction, with the network structure of social relations, immersed in dialogues and tensions, that runs through the administrative and carnival sectors of the samba school. We intend to reflect, within the extraordinary time of Carnival, the multiple interactions of the composer, understanding the web of meanings in which he is involved. The project will be the result of ethnographic research, through participant observation and interviews.
