RESUMO:
This study poses the theoretical problem of how to think a communication for a policy of transformation in and through digital networks and suggests possible ways to practice it. For the preparation of this proposal, the work unfolds in four parts. In the first one, having as main interlocutor Bruno Latour, I problematize the concept of networks as emerging, adaptive and self-organized structures, dominant in contemporary thinking, and unfold this questioning in the proposal of a conception of digital assemblages as constituent flows, to constitue them in a field of political action. In the second part, having as my main interlocutors Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri, Judith Butler, Vladimir Safatle, Jacques Rancière and Eduardo Viveiros de Castro, I propose a concept of policy of transformation as a practice of modifying the existing way of determining the subjectivities and relations, and not only of reconfigurating subjectivities and relations within the criteria of possibility and thinkability of the real instituted by the given regime of sharing the sensitive. Next, I problematize the conception of communication as transmission and, based on Muniz Sodré, I propose to think of it as a pre-semantic and pre-relational definition of the formal principles of putting the world in common, but without reducing it - as Sodré does – to a totalizing link that organizes organic systems. On the contrary, based on Amerindian perspectivism, I raise the possibility of communication as a relationship capable of redefining the conditions of possibility and thinkability of the terms it brings into interaction. In the third part, in dialogue with Gilles Deleuze, Giorgio Agamben, Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri, Gabriel Tarde, Byung-Chul Han, the Invisible Committee, Slavoj iek and Evgeny Morozov, among other interlocutors, I propose a conceptualization of digital networks as a metadispositive with transcendentalized logics that generate tendencies of subjectivation and modes of relation that (re)produce relations of domination. In the fourth and last part, I question those who consider the epistemological and ontological limits of the theoretical approaches of cyberactivism (proposed by Fábio Malini and Henrique Antoun, among other authors), technopolitics (proposed by Javier Toret) and networked social movements (proposed by Manuel Castells), showing that both the practices they intend to understand and the conceptions that they elaborate take as their underlying assumptions the same logic that underlies the generation of relations of domination in digital networks. As a result of this criticism, I problematize the dominant perspectives on emancipatory politics and communication in digital networks, which base them on the concepts of network reprogramming (as proposed by Manuel Castells) and the dispute over perspectives (as Fábio Malini, Marcia Tiburi and Leonardo Sakamoto argue). Finally, I present a proposal of communication for a policy of transformation in digital networks as a micropolitical practice based on the production of disidentification and dispossession of subjectivities, that is, in the deconstruction of identity and property as a priori principles that generate modes of subjectivation and relationship, and in the concept of deprogramming of networks, that is, the deconstruction of transcendentalized logics that produce and reiterate them as a metadispositive.
