RESUMO:

Teaching experience and investigations in dissertations and scientific papers demonstrated a gap between the design disciplines, processes and products, with the content of the disciplines of construction. It was observed that this situation generates interference in the process and understanding of the student as to the materiality of the building, affecting the design solutions and creating gaps in professional training. It is questionable, how the folding down of technical knowledge happens in the design process and how to seek a more effective integration between design and technological content to improve teaching-learning process. Thus, the work has as object of research, the project design in architectural teaching and its integration with technological and constructive content. The main objective is to understand the integration of knowledge arising from the construction technology disciplines in architectural design education to promote better integration of content and generate greater reflection in the design process. Were developed data collection on teaching design and content related to construction technologies in Brazil through documentary research (analysis of curriculum frameworks, political-pedagogical projects, disciplinary programs). At the level of primary collection conducted case studies with structured non-participant observation in two architectural courses, making use of forms, interviews, analysis of sketches and final products. Moreover, it presents two educational experiences with the application of a theoretical and didactic approach focused on primary data collection with the direct participation of the researcher in the design teaching. This thesis intended to contribute to the reflections and discussions in Architecture and Urbanism at the national level, contributing to the debate on the teaching and practices in the academic context.
