AgroCIT: Software for Management and Development of Indicators in Fish Farming
sustainable systems; agribusiness; startup valuation; sustainability indicators
The innovation ecosystem in agribusiness should incorporate, among the parameters used to assess sustainable development, the technical and financial indicators of rural enterprises. In this context, the present study proposes the development of a software solution aimed at supporting rural diagnostics and generating sustainability indicators. The methodological approach is grounded in Design Thinking, including in situ demand validation, as well as the development of a Significance Matrix and a requirements analysis focused on the software’s target users (entrepreneur, coordinator, and field technician). Within this framework, the proposed software—developed based on Design Thinking principles and structured using BPMN notation—emerges as a robust technological solution for enabling environmental compliance and facilitating access to innovative green financing mechanisms. The validation of the business model will be conducted through usability testing and simulation procedures. It is expected that, upon completion of this study, the tool will contribute to strategic intelligence processes and promote the sustainability of agribusiness enterprises in the aquaculture sector.
