EXPANDED ANALYSIS: REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPING A MULTI-PLATFORM SYSTEM FOR CONSULTING DATA FROM THE HIGHER EDUCATION CENSUS

This dissertation presents a proposal for a list of requirements for the construction of a multiplatform system to work with data from the Higher Education Census. Data in higher education require efficient tools for analysis and interpretation. To this end, the study methodology is qualitative and Design Science Research will be used, which allows for the appropriation of models and consequently favoring user satisfaction. As a product, the study will offer a list of requirements for instruments for consulting higher education data that favor decision-making processes with structured information for decision-making aimed at improving transparency and strategic planning in higher education through an accessible and logical interface for users.
