This work emerged from the identified need in market demands and interactions with
professionals in the areas of management, marketing, and advertising, especially those who
work independently, without team support and with limited financial resources. These
professionals face challenges such as an overload of responsibilities and the lack of resources
to outsource services, which makes their activities even more complex. It was in this context
that the PersonAI method arose, with the objective of encouraging the use of strategic
management tools, enhanced by artificial intelligence, allowing users to perform their tasks
efficiently, even in the face of the adversities of the entrepreneurial environment. The method
was developed to facilitate strategic planning and the execution of activities aimed at
professionals in management, marketing, and advertising, especially those with few resources
or without access to structured teams. The research is aimed at two main audiences: the first
group consists of professionals who have recently graduated from high school and are seeking
to enter the job market but, due to the lack of higher education, do not have access to complex
strategic management methodologies; for them, a simple application prototype was
developed, based on the PersonAI methodology, which allows the creation of materials and
strategies even with limited resources. The second group includes professionals with higher
education in administration or related fields, who have prior knowledge of management and
can apply the concepts of the PersonAI methodology in a more structured way. In both
situations, the method aims to assist professionals who face financial limitations, lack of
teams, and difficulty entering the job market, attracting clients, and competing with rivals. The
research combines concepts of strategic management, agile methodologies, user experience
(UX) design, and artificial intelligence, enabling the identification of problems, formulation of
action plans, and execution of tasks in a practical and efficient way. The study is based on two
pillars: the first addresses UX topics highlighted for the development of the prototype, with the
aim of providing a simple and accessible solution, even for those who do not understand
complex concepts; the second presents the fundamentals of strategic management and
artificial intelligence applied in the methodology. The stimulation environment includes the
fields of management, marketing, and communication. The methodology used in the research
is user validation through case studies, with reports from the author on the practical application
of the method in the services provided as a UX/UI Designer and Communication Manager. Finally, the Technical-Entrepreneurial Product/Production of this research will consist of an
explanatory guide about the PersonAI method, accompanied by the application prototype,
which, in addition to offering practical support to entrepreneurs, serves as promotional material
for potential angel investors.
