The purpose of this study is to create a simplified approach to improve Recruitment and Selection (R&S) and Training and Development (T&D) procedures in small companies. The initial investigation of R&S methods, focusing on screening, convening and conducting interviews, highlighted critical points that need to be optimized. In response to these needs, the proposal aims to increase efficiency and agility in these phases, using management tools such as the Action Plan - 5W2H, Business Model Canvas, Trello and Empathy Map, All methodologies and management tools used were developed based on the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology. The methodology adopted is not restricted to the implementation of agile techniques, but also offers a more practical and humanized perspective, ensuring a more satisfactory experience for both candidates and managers. The research is based on an exploratory qualitative approach, which includes an exhaustive review of the literature and the creation of a new method that incorporates these tools into the context of R&S. The expectation is that, by applying this simplified method, there will be a reduction in errors, an improvement in decision-making and an acceleration of the selection process. in addition to contributing to the continuous improvement of employees' skills. Preliminary results suggest that the adoption of this method can considerably improve organizational efficiency and talent management in small companies, demonstrating a commitment to inclusion and sustainability, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promoted by the United Nations (UN).
