This study aimed to analyze the contribution of auriculotherapy as an integrative care to the health of CAPS 1 workers in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the face of the pandemic scenario, the primordial need to protect those who are at the forefront of health care has become evident. It is necessary to organize the work, create protection and care measures, which prioritize the health of workers in essential health care equipment, such as CAPS. Auriculotherapy as a resource for integrative and complementary health practices that provides well-being, welcoming, bonding, promotion, protection and recovery of physical and mental health, can and should be an ally to this care process. The work was an action-research of a before-and-after evaluation study, with a qualitative approach, carried out with 10 workers from Caps 1 of Apodi/RN. The results showed empirical categories related to workers' feelings in the covid-19 pandemic scenario, conception about auriculotherapy before practice, feelings about the practice, contribution of auriculotherapy in health care and worker/worker assuming someone's place. that needs to be taken care of.
