During its existence the radio has gone through some challenges that have marked the history of this media. The emergence of the Internet, for example, has caused significant changes in the way radio companies produce their content and how it is presented to the target audience of broadcasters. To understand this new radio transmission format saw the need for an investigation with a Christmas radio station, which clearly perceives the use of new sound elements arising from the radio insert on the Internet, and the use of parassonoros elements emerged from the convergence of radio, print journalism, photography, TV and the internet. For this research, we use bibliographic research, with the goal of building the theoretical foundation for this research, interviews with professionals who work in the company, seeking to understand the process of issuing convergence with the internet as well as an analysis content produced by them and which are posted on the radio Web site.
