ANALYSIS OF ATTRACTIVE AND TOURIST POTENTIAL BASED ON VISITORS TO THE CONSERVATION AREA PARQUE DAS DUNAS, NATAL/RN

The protected áreas are treated as parts of natural áreas that has purpose to protect significant environmental aspects, where some categories of protected areas such as national parks, for example, can be used, in addition to the scientific practices and education for leisure activities and tourism. With that, the protected areas como pointing as one more attraction for tourism activity. Thus, this research aims to analyze, from the general perception of the visitors, the attractive potential tourist and Parque das Dunas, Natal/RN. Specific objectives aim to investigate the involvement, motivation and the visitor profile, as well as examining the dimensions of perception, value, support, image, satisfaction, loyalty, quality and desire. The study is based on a qualitative approach-character descriptive quantitative and applied, with data collection instrument a questionnaire to visitors. This quis is based on Andrade (1998), Luchiari (2000), Sistema Nacional de Unidades de Conservação (2000), Coriolano (2006), Xavier (2007), Passold e Kinker (2010), Instituto Semeia (2012) and Moreira (2016). The sampling shall be for convenience and non-probability. It is hoped that this research may be a tool that has the ability to be applied in the development of strategies for the improvement of recreational park experience, can also be a instrument of innovation in planning and improving the potential of the unit aimed at larger amplitude of the environmental, tourist and social factors. As well as, make na approximation between the visitor and the managers, this by means of the above by visitors in the study of perception.
