RESUMO:

Currently, organizations that seek excellence, seek to manage and develop the full potential of their collaborators. Therefore, it is necessary to create a culture that allows professional development and training, in a way that motivates people through communication and recognition, making them use their skills and knowledge for the benefit of the organization as a whole. It is important to invest in human capital by encouraging and providing training and information so that they can demonstrate, putting into practice, all their potential in the achievement of organizational objectives. The interest in the subject of organizational commitment has been discussed in organizations, since one of its main concerns is how to commit employees to their goals in order for them to be achieved. It is believed that in an organization with committed employees, one obtains greater competitiveness in the market and ample possibilities of success. As a general objective the research seeks to analyze the relationships between professional qualification and commitment in hotel organizations in the municipality of João Pessoa / PB. And as specific objectives we have the following propositions: Check how access is given, perceived benefits and support to professional qualification in hotel developments; To describe the approaches and levels of the organizational commitment of the employees and To identify the relations between professional qualification and organizational commitment in hotel developments. The methodology used is descriptive-exploratory, with a quantitative approach. As a resource for data collection, a questionnaire is used based on the research - Service quality and training of employees: The mediating role of organizational commitment (Rajib Dhar, 2015). Where adaptations were made and the insertion of the analysis from organizational commitment based on the research - Organizational Commitment: a study of their relationships with characteristics and performance in hotel companies (Medeiros, 2003). The sample will be hotels with more than 30 apartments located in the municipality of João Pessoa and associated with the Brazilian Hotel Industry Association of Paraíba (ABIH-PB). After data collection, the results will be tabulated through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 19.0 for Windows, with Package Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) 8, using as methods of analysis, descriptive analysis, in order to better know the data collected, The factorial analysis and the Modeling of Structural Equations. In view of the arguments presented, it is expected that with the completion of the research the relationship between qualification and commitment will be identified, how much is invested in knowledge and what is linked to commitment.
