THE PUBLIC LABOR, EMPLOYMENT AND INCOME CENTER OF NATAL: AN EVALUATION OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION (2014/2019)

This work intends to present an evaluation of the implementation of the Natal Public Labor, Employment, and Income Center located in the city of Natal (RN). In this study it will be found: a literature review on public policies concerning Work, Employment and Income, as well as Public System of Employment and Income; This research has the following specific objectives: characterize the elements that integrate the program, the implementation processes, and sub-processes; also identify the perception of Managers on the implementation process of the services offered and the driving and inhibiting elements of the implementation process, choosing the period from 2014 to 2019 to be analyzed, with the approach on the public system of employment and income, related to unemployment, and changes in the labor market and the indicators of this local social order in interface with public policies and government actions. The research is a part of a qualitative approach, whose methodological process consisted of a bibliographic review, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews conducted with the institution's managers.
