This study aimed to identify and map publications on work management related to Patient Safety in Primary Health Care. The Scoping Review method was used, with data collected on December 23, 2021, in 5 national and international databases, using eligibility criteria. 52 publications were selected from a total of 643 which came up in the initial search. The main findings are related to the categories culture, practices, employees, and services. The global relevance of the theme that addresses Patient Safety in Primary Health Care is made evident. Therefore, knowledge gaps persist, which requires the expansion of research and encouragement for more studies to be carried out. |
