SUMMARY:

The effective management of the classroom in higher education has become a priority due to the growing need to create more dynamic, personalized, and efficient learning environments. The transition from traditional teaching models to more innovative approaches requires careful strategic planning, combined with the use of tools for continuous monitoring and feedback. In this context, students are treated as "clients" of the learning process, and classroom management must be structured to address their needs in a more assertive manner, promoting focused, dynamic, and collaborative learning. The use of monitoring platforms and performance indicators has the potential to optimize management, allowing for rapid adjustments in teaching methodologies and providing a more personalized learning experience.

However, the educational process faces significant barriers that vary from the perspectives of students, teachers, and institutions. Students face challenges such as difficulty concentrating and the impact of excessive mobile device use, which directly affects their engagement with academic content. For teachers, the overload of work and lack of time for planning hinder the implementation of more student-centered methodologies. Institutions face structural and financial barriers that compromise the quality of teaching and the necessary technological support.

This work proposes the development of an integrated framework to optimize classroom management in higher education, overcoming the identified barriers and improving the management of the educational process. The proposed model uses tools such as progress dashboards and SWOT analysis to promote effective strategic planning, aligned with the needs of students and the objectives of the courses. The application of this framework will allow for continuous monitoring of student performance, adjustments in pedagogical methodologies, and a more collaborative approach focused on the development of students' competencies, adapting to the demands of contemporary higher education
