SUMMARY:

This work aims to develop management solutions to monitor the acquisition and distribution processes of equipment and/or materials necessary to implement the sentinel laboratories of the "Sífilis Não" Project. For this, the steps of creating an overview of the implementation project of the sentinel laboratories, definition of the project execution steps, monitoring of project execution, elaboration of a standard operating procedure (SOP) for contact with laboratories and elaboration of a standard operating procedure for the delivery of equipment and/or materials to sentinel laboratories. Among the results, the following stand out: the acquisition flows through direct purchase and bidding, the project execution flow, the equipment and/or materials flow, the document flow, the standard operating procedure for contacting the laboratories and the procedure delivery of purchased items to sentinel laboratories.
