Orality; Audiovisual Resources; Learning
This research aims to present an investigation about the oral social interactions of children in the third year of elementary school and the use of audiovisual resources in the school environment. Its methodology will be based on a qualitative approach of an applied nature, with a methodological intervention by means of a didactic sequence. The locus of this research will be the Professora Almerinda Bezerra Furtado Municipal School, Natal/RN. The public will be 30 students enrolled in the 3rd grade and 2 teachers of this grade from the afternoon shift of this school institution. Thus, we opted for descriptive and exploratory research. Given the context in which the research will be developed, the chosen procedure is close to an action research, because this procedure has nuances that dialogue with the situation to be investigated, seeking to contribute to a modification of the chosen context. In this way, we intend to understand how the use of audiovisual resources can favor the stimulus to oral language learning; for this, we will use instruments such as participant observation and records through a field diary, as well as interviews with the teachers of the 3rd year of the afternoon shift of the chosen institution. In order to carry out the analysis, the speeches of the individuals involved in the research will be considered, as well as the researcher's understanding of the facts. At the end of this research, the aim is to reach subsidies that will provide a basis on how the use of audiovisual resources can help the development of oral communication in third grade students. It is important to point out that this research should not be understood as the reality of all the teaching institutions in the municipal network of Natal RN. But it only shows a subjective clipping of a school reality.
