This work addresses research and development of a Pulse Width Programmable Gain Integrating Amplifier for systems on chip. It can be defined as an extension of previous studies, that proposed an architecture of programmable amplifiers not found in the literature. It aims to conduct a study of the technologies and techniques used in the integrated circuits development and then developing an integrated version of the programmable amplifier to achieve a higher operation frequency, allowing use in a wider range of applications.
