Sabiá - Integrated Semantics-Oriented Architecture and Content Recommendation for Technology-Driven Educational Ecosystems
Learning Ecosystem; System of Recommendation; Knowledge-Based; Latent Dirichlet Allocation
In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the use of technology-mediated education and, as a consequence, there has been an increase in the number of educational platforms as well as their educational content, which are heterogeneous and are produced in a variety of ways, including by the students themselves. In this scenario, the following challenges arise: I) implementation and deployment of a learning ecosystem that aggregates users, authentication and resources; II) recommendation of contents adequate to the expectations and profiles of the users in front of an environment where there is overload of information and contents. The present work proposes to solve these challenges with Sabiá, which is an integrated authentication and user data solution for health education in Brazil that, through the use of semantics, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and CB (Content-Based), CF (Collaborative Filtering) and KB (Knowledge-Based) techniques aims to recommend content for students of the health ecosystem.
