The detection of any hearing impairment in early via the baby can provide decision- making to prevent this deficiency affects learning and socialization of the same, and so little ears of the test is very important for the newborn hearing screening. One type of test performed is the test of the distortion product otoacoustic emissions, which consists in detecting a signal generated by the cochlea using two pure tones response to a stimu- lus production. Usually the average is used technique in the frequency domain of small frequency bands adjacent to the region where the detection is expected signal to estimate the basic noise which affects the test. Usually the test requires several attempts to raise the response so that it can be detected with a desired degree of reliability. This work aims to use the ITL (Information Theoretic Learning) to develop a new response signal detec- tion method that does not require several repetitions, in order to reduce the test time of realization and increase the confiability of the result.
