SUMMARY:

The Multiprofessional Residency in Health (RMS) is a postgraduate modality that promotes learning from the insertion of postgraduate students in real practice scenarios in the world of work. In the municipality of Caicó, one of the learning scenarios is the Reference Center for Occupational Health (CEREST). In this space that makes up the Unified Health System in the IV Health Region of Rio Grande do Norte, residents are offered rotating activities under supervision / preceptorship in an interprofessional manner by workers in this health equipment. This work aims to analyze to what extent the presence of PRMAB residents has influenced the work process of CEREST health professionals. It is a qualitative research with a descriptive and exploratory character. For data collection we opted for the use of semi-structured interviews divided into two parts: i) characterization of CEREST professionals / preceptor (a), ii) open questions on the theme. After data collection, we intend to systematize the narratives based on thematic content analysis so that we can undertake our reflections and considerations about the analyzed phenomenon. The research was approved by the CEP of FACISA / UFRN, under the No. 4.442.748. It is expected that this work will identify the potential and difficulties of the actions developed at CEREST from the insertion of the PRMAB, aiming at a greater understanding of the competencies necessary for the resolutive work in this health equipment.
