COOPERATIVE GAMES AS PEDAGOGICAL INTERVENTION: experience report from the thematic unit games and games.

Physical Education had significant advances from the redemocratization of Brazil in the 1980, developing various approaches and theories such as: Developmentalists, Interactionist-Constructivist, Overcoming Critic, Humanist Psychomotricity and Cooperative Games. This study aims to analyze planned Physical Education classes, focusing on cooperative games, as a pedagogical intervention in the thematic unit games and games.The research has a qualitative descriptive character as a methodology for an experience report of 10 classes held in a class of the 6th grade of Elementary School II, belonging to a school of the municipal network of Fortaleza. The survey participants are 35 students regularly enrolled in this grade. The research instruments are: a) field diary to be completed at each class; b) a questionnaire at the beginning of the research to diagnose the reality related to Physical Education classes; c) A final questionnaire with the function of verifying whether or not there was a change, by the students, in relation to the Physical Education classes after the intervention of the 10 (ten) classes. The research was submitted to the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and is in reception and documentary analysis.
