In the academic field there is a diversity of theories and understandings about which characteristics should have a public, democratic and quality education. One of them is about the appropriation of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) in the school environment - these technologies, that the students are already born “immersed” in this universe so attractive, fluid and dynamic. In this sense, the aim of this study is to develop a proposal of Physical Education classes (thematic unit) that connects and dialogues with Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs).
