Recently, the GAIA Mission made available a unique sample composed of 474,026 stars of different luminosity classes and spectral types, bringing detailed information about their rotation periods. The main objective of the Thesis is to find stars with rotation periods similar to the Sun and to investigate how their periodicities behave. The first stage of this project involves analyzing the evolutionary stage of the stars present in our sample. Based on the data provided by the GAIA Mission, we selected a sample of Main Sequence stars whose rotation periods are within the range corresponding to those of the Sun, that is, between 23 and 35 days. In this process, we identified a total of 5866 stars with rotation periods similar to those of the Sun, representing the largest sample found in the literature so far.
