FASTSF: UMA FERRAMENTA PARA PRODUTIVIDADE EM DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÕES WEB EM JAVA

The production of software implies a complex production process, which involves managing the variables of time, cost and personnel. The evolution of technology and the competitiveness of industry has raised the need for greater productivity that should be combined with efficiency and quality. In this scenario, there is a growing tendency to use techniques, standards and tools that can make development faster and therefore cheaper. Besides the use of frameworks, tools and design patterns, the automatically generation of parts of the code is a means to overcome developers’ repetitive coding work and it also increases productivity in software implementation. This practice has been evolving and spreading in the last years, with its popularization in several frameworks of application development, primarily in the web development frameworks. This work proposes to study the effects achieved on the developers' productive capacity in the creation and use of a tool called FASTSF, which has the objective of both increasing productivity in the development of web information systems and keeping the team's focus on coding more complex problems.
