Social representations about the concept of school in the view of IFRN high school students

The present work deals with the social representations about the concept of school in the view of the students of the 1st year of high school of the IFRN. The methodological technique used will be the Discourse of the Collective Subject (DSC), because it allows a rescue of the significant social representations relevant to the understanding of the speech incorporated by the students, will also be used the questionnaire for a closer approximation of the pedagogical actions of the school and the habitus of the students. The research intends to analyze how the concept of school in IFRN students is processed, and how it relates to pedagogical practices.
