This work, located in the field of Inclusive Music Education, aims to analyze the aspects that favor or not the processes of musical, academic and human formation of visually impaired students from the Esperança Viva Group. The specific objectives are to identify guiding aspects in the musical education processes of students with disabilities in the Esperança Viva Group, to identify attitudes in the academic environment that do or do not favor musical education from an inclusive perspective in the Esperança Viva Group, to analyze experiences, journeys and narratives that do or do not promote academic and human education for visually impaired students in the Esperança Viva Group and, based on the autobiographical narratives shared by visually impaired participants in the Esperança Viva Group, this research will culminate in the production of an e-book as a final product. In this sense, given the problem, the research question is: to what extent do the experiences and learning of the Esperança Viva Group reverberate in the musical, academic and human formation of visually impaired students? Knowing that Process-Person-Context is something intrinsic and inseparable (Silva, 2020) and that the view of disability permeates the field of culture, disability is seen beyond injury and impediment, but from the interaction that the person has with the barriers. The research is characterized as explanatory (Gil, 2002), from the point of view of its nature, as applied (Prodanov, 2013), with a case study approach (Gil, 2002).In addition, it has a social cartographic character (Padro Filho; Teti, 2013; Arrillaga, 2018) and the conversation circle as a methodology (Moura; Lima, 2014).The locus of the work will be the participants of the Esperança Viva Group who are visually impaired.
