SUMMARY:

We live in a society undergoing constant social, cultural, and economic transformations, in which technology plays a crucial role. Given this, it is essential to learn how to use these tools effectively, taking advantage of the ease, potential, and accessibility they offer in all areas. In this context, methodological changes also need to be incorporated into the school environment dynamically and strategically, encouraging students to engage in innovative pedagogical practices. Hybrid Education emerges as an important opportunity for teachers to promote active learning, even outside the traditional classroom setting.  In the State of Rio Grande do Norte, curriculum development already highlights the need for Hybrid Education, yet there is still a lack of an appropriate Pedagogical Proposal to address this reality. The social relevance of this research lies in the potential of Hybrid Education, characterized by pedagogical innovation, to modernize teaching and integrate both teachers and students into the digital era, utilizing technologies consciously and to their fullest potential. With the introduction of the Hybrid Education Innovation Network (RIEH) in Rio Grande do Norte, the need to develop a specific pedagogical proposal for this mode of education in the state becomes evident. This research aims to answer the following question: What contributions can a pedagogical proposal offer to high school teachers in Rio Grande do Norte, with a focus on Hybrid Education? The general objective is to develop this pedagogical proposal with active teacher participation through action research within the state's Hybrid Education Network, using instructional design as the methodology. The research adopts the action research methodology, promoting collaboration between the researcher and the teachers involved in the RIEH. Situated within a qualitative approach, the study seeks a contextualized analysis of issues related to teaching practices linked to Hybrid Education, allowing for a detailed and interpretative understanding of the qualitative aspects of the research. The nature of the research is applied, emphasizing the construction of a pedagogical proposal and the creation of knowledge. The exploratory objectives aim to deepen the understanding of teaching practices and identify new perspectives and solutions for the educational challenges that arise with the implementation of the RIEH. A questionnaire will be administered to identify the needs and practices already carried out in the state concerning hybrid education, linking them to teacher training activities to provide essential data for the construction of the Pedagogical Proposal. Throughout all stages of the research, interventions will be documented through videos, images, and observations. As a result, it is expected to develop a Pedagogical Proposal for the Hybrid Education Innovation Network in Rio Grande do Norte, contributing to the pedagogical and formative process of the state's teachers.
