THE USE OF THE CANVA COLLABORATIVE TOOL IN THE WRITTEN PRODUCTION OF TEXTUAL GENRES: A LOOK AT TEACHING PRACTICE
Teacher training. Written production of textual genres. Digital technologies. Canva.
The social institution accredited as the place par excellence to create opportunities for writing practices is the school. In this sense, it is essential that educators are imbued with the knowledge necessary to act in educational practice and follow changes in society to innovate and provide an opportune environment for meaningful and engaging learning. In view of the above, there is an interest in investigating new strategies in teaching to engage and motivate students in the act of writing, giving life to the research question: how to promote teacher training for the use of the collaborative tool Canva for the written production of textual genres in the fifth year of elementary school?. In this attempt, we aim to build a training proposal for the use of the collaborative tool Canva that helps the teaching practice of written production of textual genres for the fifth year of Elementary School. To this end, we opted for the qualitative research approach, as we understand that this modality is relevant to the context of teacher training in the school environment, defining the use of action research, designed to solve a collective problem in which researchers and participants are involved. In the course of the research, we will develop working groups, a training course on the Canva tool and didactic sequences with proposals for writing practices through this tool, which will constitute an e-book as a final product. We hope that the results of the research contribute to the process of reflection of the faculty for the possibilities of using digital tools as a pedagogical resource in the classroom, providing opportunities for the materialization of new knowledge about the written production of textual genres.
