Continued Education Experience of Teachers of Integral Promedio Program for Methodological Innovation using the Flipped Classroom integrated with Digital Technologies
Continued Teacher Training. Flipped Classroom. Digital Technologies. Promedio program.
The scenario of immersion in digital culture has for some time been revealing new perspectives for education, mainly because there is a wide repertoire of resources that can be explored in the teaching and learning process. The traditionally biased pedagogical practices still in place in schools are not meeting the educational requirements of this generation of natives of a rapidly evolving society in the way of producing and disseminating knowledge. These changes reflect especially in the training of teachers, who for lack of professional development, often become resistant to take new positions in the use of digital technologies. Hence the need to evolve in research and practices that make it possible to integrate the teacher in a formative context compatible with his professional reality, with the particularities of the school in which he operates and that can promote methodological innovation, starting from the principle of placing the student as active and protagonist in the learning process.
Thus, this research aims to analyze a continuing education experience on the flippled classroom integrated with digital technologies, with teachers of the Promedio, a Integral government program of a public school in the city of Extremoz ,RN, Brazil. For this, we followed the paradigms of qualitative research, initially using the technical procedures of bibliographic research to build the theoretical framework of the base categories of the study: teacher education and flippled classroom as well as the Action Research method based on Thiollent (2011) for the adaptation of the following conducting steps of the investigative process: exploration of the locus of study; construction of the continuing education action plan; implementation of the experimental model of training based on flippled classroom; validation of the training process from the application of interdisciplinary lesson plans by teachers; evaluation of the overall results achieved with the experiment; and external dissemination of the research. Finally, it is envisioned in the itinerary of this work, to advance scientifically in research on flippled classroom in teacher training, to contribute to the innovation of teaching-learning methods in the school chosen for the experiment and to elaborate a didactic guide of the training path, in order to provide subsidies. important for the education of the state and the institutions themselves in restructuring the ongoing processes of teacher improvement for the meaningful use of digital technologies
