Design of a digital game as an alternative to the teaching-learning of the visual arts

This research project will bring, from the perspective of Action Research, an introduction to the teaching of Game Design, as an educational foundation, within a school environment with students of the 6th grade of the Imperial Marinheiro State School, located in Natal/RN, Brazil. It aims to develop a Project of Educational Practice for teaching-learning Visual Arts from the operationalization of this action research in the referenced teaching institution. Presenting the universe of games for learners will have, as their main purpose, to make them understand how they can help them in the learning process, as well as, through art, they can - at last - design their own games as artists who learn.
