RESUMO:

The market changes that have occurred in recent years have been a constant after the development of new technologies, making significant changes happen in various sectors, especially tourism. One of the tourist segments have been feeling this significant change is the travel agency. Today's consumers have an abundance of information available on the Internet, which increases large-scale options and their power of choice. Thus, this study was aimed to analyze the perception of different consumer groups with regard to lodging facilities of reservations booked online travel agencies, English Online Travel Agencies (OTA's). The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive, quantitative character. The data collection will be through structured questionnaires carried out with the aid of SurveyMonkey platform via the Internet, intending to reach an average of 400 respondents. To perform a descriptive analysis of the data will be used SPSS software. Later will also be held the significance of the variables test, and see if there relationships between the variables and there are significant differences among buyers. The survey results will be used to that are profiles of each consumer group routes, thus facilitating the satisfaction of needs at the time of sale online. But also serve as a warning to businessmen in the travel agency sector that Information Technology is invading increasingly the market and be part of this "modernity" is paramount to keep in activity.
