RESUMO:

INTRODUCTION: The dynamics of gender perspective has been transformed during the last century and achieved better results, however, it has still presented itself in an unequal way under different social, cultural and economic contexts in most societies. Such iniquities could only be softened by the relentless struggle of social and feminist movements in the historical process, which culminated in the presence of this population in academic spaces in the last decades. with the increasing presence of women in the academic environment, we understand that the university is composed as a space that can reinforce or question unequal relations. OBJECTIVE: To grasp the meaning of the Movement for women who are part of a Feminist Collective within a Federal University of the interior of Rio Grande do Norte. METHODOLOGICAL STUDY: This is an exploratory and descriptive study with a qualitative approach, to be developed at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Trairi (FACISA) with undergraduate students who participate regularly in the Dandara Feminist Collective. The research will take place in 2 stages for the data collection, which will start with a self-applied socioeconomic questionnaire and later with the creation and execution of focus groups, composed of up to 6 students and will last from 30 to 50 minutes. For the data treatment phase, this study will use Content Analysis as proposed by Laurence Bardin. EXPECTED RESULTS: results from this study may bring benefits to a new dynamic of more harmonious relationships, minimizing the problems that permeate the social issues of the female gender, in addition to their relevant contribution to fill the existing gaps on the researched topic. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: It is believed that when the proposed objective is achieved, necessary contributions will be provided for the construction of less unequal relations in the social context, with the purpose of provoking a new look at this theme, which will configure a greater direction of the rights and autonomy of women.
